  • 4 ounces capicola, sliced
  • 4 ounces prosciutto cotto (or ham)
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a 12×8-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread melted butter and pesto over the dough for added flavor.
  • Layer meats, roasted peppers, and mozzarella evenly over the dough.
